We’re excited to introduce Adhoc Verifications, giving you greater control over your identity and fraud screening process!

🔍 What’s new?

You can now manually run verification checks after a user or business onboarding is complete, including:

  • Know Your Customer (KYC) / Know Your Business (KYB): verify identity data against official sources.
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring: screen against government watchlists, PEP lists, and adverse media.
  • Fraud checks: detect synthetic fraud and assess phone intelligence risks.

💡 How it helps:

  • Ensure compliance with KYC/KYB/AML regulations.
  • Minimize fraud risk with targeted verifications.
  • Be more flexible by running checks when needed.

Try it out today and let us know what you think!

We’re thrilled to launch the new “Onboardings” section in the Footprint dashboard, now available for both users and businesses. This update provides a clearer, more detailed view of each onboarding session, empowering you with better insights and transparency.

Here’s what’s new:

For Users:

  • Risk signals in context: Risk signals are now tied directly to specific onboarding sessions, helping you better understand the unique nuances of each case.
  • Triggered rules at a glance: Quickly identify which rules were activated during an onboarding, providing enhanced clarity into your workflows.
  • Track personal data across sessions: For users with multiple onboarding attempts, you can now see the personal data they used for each session. For example, you’ll be able to spot if different addresses were submitted in separate onboardings.

For Businesses:

  • Comprehensive business information: View key details such as business name, formation date, TIN (EIN), and individuals associated with the business.
  • Office and watchlist insights: Easily review information about business offices and check if the business appears on any watchlists.

This new section simplifies the management and review of onboarding sessions, whether for individual users or businesses, enabling you to make more informed decisions.

  • Streamline your operations: Group similar data (e.g., bad email domains, IPs, or phone numbers) into organized, reusable lists.
  • Seamlessly integrate with Rules: Use Lists directly in your Playbooks to build more dynamic and personalized workflows.
  • Simplify management: Easily add, edit, and review entries in one centralized place.

Each list comes with detailed activity logs, ensuring full transparency of any changes. Start building your first List now and experience smarter, more efficient data management.

Plus, we’ve introduced a version history feature:

  • Track all edits: see who made changes and when.
  • View differences: compare versions with highlighted edits for full transparency.
  • Restore versions: revert to any previous version with a single click.

Track pending KYC for beneficial owners in KYB

We’ve added a new audit trail event that makes it easy to see when you're waiting for all beneficial owners from any given business to complete their KYC as part of a KYB process. This provides better visibility and helps ensure that all required steps are clear.

You're also able to re-send KYC links to those beneficial owners if needed. Links can be re-sent by either copying the link directly or sending it via SMS or email, making it easier to prompt completion and avoid delays.
